The DG/CEO, National Center for Technology Management (NACETEM), Dr. Willie Siyanbola, a member of the African Science, Technology and Innovation Indicators (ASTII) Advisory Committee and Nigeria’s ASTII Focal Point Coordinator represented Nigeria at the first Intergovernmental Meeting of the African Observatory on Science, Technology and Innovation (AOSTI) held in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea from 9th -11th May, 2012.
